14/2/10 - I've finally bought a heat press! 

Been making t-shirts (or should I say 'tee-shirts'!) and working on designs for a couple of weeks now. You'd think that would mean I would have more to show for it!! The reason I have no pictures of my tops in action yet is because

1. I've been using a good old iron to transfer my images to fabric and to be honest, it's just not hot enough and isn't cutting it!

2. It's been a real period of trial and error! (Note to self, printers have NO WHITE INK and PRINTING ON TO GREY DOES NOT LOOK GOOD!)

So, my new heat press should save me some (v. valuable!) energy and time and my choice of fabrics and top shapes has now been decided. So all that I need to do is get down to work with my new gadget! Wish me luck!!!

 

28/2/10 - That heat press was a good buy!

Now that I have a heat press, I've made several t-shirts so it's all systems go now!  To see what they look like view my gallery!

A few people are saying that they are having problems writing on the guest book - I'll look into it, sorry about that.  Anyone who needs to contact me can do so on-
